English for Telephoning Skills

English for Telephoning Skills is a 30 hour course. It is ideal for Customer Service Representatives, Call Centre’s and Customer Care professionals who need to communicate effectively with their customers in English, over the phone, in person, or in writing. It is also suitable for professionals who have direct contact with customers in a variety of contexts, including hotels, banks, helpdesks and telephone operators. This course will help learners gain the essential skills and confidence to use the telephone effectively in English. Participants learn the language and telephone skills that they need to communicate effectively and efficiently in English with customers in order to provide the best service. Each lesson of English for telephoning skills addresses answering a call, beginning and ending a call, connecting people, asking for information, leaving messages, communication problems, appointments and arrangements, recorded information, telephone conferences, etc.
