Intended for :
All personnel intending to carry out internal audits against ISO 9001:2000.AIM :
To provide students who intend to perform internal audits with the knowledge and skills needed to assess and report on the conformance and effective implementation of processess, through internal audit, and to contribute to the continual improvement of the management system.
OBJECTIVE :
At the end of the course the delegates will:-• Be able to describe the responsibilities of an internal auditor and describe the role of an internal audit in the maintenance and improvement of management systems.• Have undergone training recognised by the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA) for persons wishing to become Internal Auditors.• Be abe to describe with reference to the Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) cycle and the Model of a Process-based Quality Management System, the purpose and structure of ISO 9001:2000.• Be able to plan, conduct and report an internal audit of part of the quality management system with ISO 19011.
