REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES

This is to Introduce our organization, CLIMATROL CORPORATION, based in New Delhi, India, who specializes in the manufacture and supplies of Drinking Water Coolers, Eutectic Deep Freezers, standard Deep Freezers, Freezers on Wheels, Mortuary Cabinets, Brine chillers, refrigeration units for cold rooms and PUF Panels and are in business since 2009.  Our ISI Marked Drinking Water Cooler has been developed in a wide range, from 15 Litres up to 400 Litres Storage Space, featuring larger condenser coil coupled with liberal sideways ventilation for increased efficiency, closed from all sides and bottom to prevent entry of rodents etc. in the compressor compartment. We use polymer feet for zero rust, giving clear space of 100mm for cleaning. We use Stainless Steel Sheet of Grade SS304 for better corrosion protection. Our fittings and pipes coming in contact with potable water are made of brass, copper or food grade plastic. Our Drinking Water Coolers require low maintenance and our drip trays are liberally sized and are full width to prevent water splash. We use Emerson make hermetically sealed compressors, for our Water Coolers for enhanced efficiency.  Our Deep Freezers are used for cooling and storage of perishable goods such as packaged foods, medicines, chemicals, ice-creams, fruit and vegetables and ripening chambers or any other product that needs to be kept at a medium temperature, +2ºC, or a low temperature, -22ºC. We also make blast chillers and freezers for lower temperatures, using reciprocating hermetically sealed or semi hermetic compressors as well as scroll compressors.  Our equipment is designed and built to meet high ambient and harsh conditions prevalent in India and is most suited to perform optimally depending on the Climatic conditions in various countries across the globe. Heat exchanger coils are liberally designed keeping this in mind. Typical projects undertaken by Climatrol are refrigerated cold rooms using PUF panels and display showcases for supermarkets. Cooling capacities range from 5000 BTU/h to 60,0000 BTU/h typically for medium temperature and low temperature rooms. We have in house manufacturing capability for PUF panels up to 6 m long as well as the matching refrigeration unit coolers and condensing units for the custom made cold rooms. Panel thickness is 60, 80, 100, 120 or 150 mm with a lamination of pre-coated G.I. sheet or SS 304 sheet. Any combination of inner and outer sheet is available. Joinery is with Cam Locks for wall to wall, wall to ceiling and wall to Floor and the Door can be Flush or Overlap type swing door with imported accessories.  Our Deep Freezers are available in two options. One option is the general standard model without any eutectic lining and the other is with a eutectic lining all around the storage compartment. This eutectic lining/jacket freezes solid when the power is available and the compressor runs. When the power is switched off, the jacket holds the temperature in the chamber and performs as a thermal bank. These Eutectic Deep Freezers are designed to preserve stored materials successfully even when the electricity is switched off for upto 16 hours. Thus you need not worry about product spoilage in locations and situations when there is a prolonged power outage. Our model range consists of 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 800, 1200, 1800 litre volume capacities. Our salient features include G.I. powder coated inner liners to bear heavy duty use, castor wheels for easy movement, CFC free PUF insulation, spring loaded hinges, recessed handle and door lock and a glossy powder coated outer finish.  We manufacture Mortuary coolers that are made to keep cadavers cool and prevent decomposition. We deliver reliable performance for the temporary storage of bodies in hospitals. These coolers can be made for a medium or low temperature storage range for 2, 4, or 6 bodies.  Our Freezers on Wheels (FOW) are available in 4 sizes starting from 85 litre, 120 litre, 150 litre and 200 litre volume. This product has been developed for the ice-cream vendor i.e. retail sales of ice-cream. The temperature maintained in the chamber is -35⁰ C to keep the ice-cream frozen all day when the ambient temperature is as high as 45⁰C. This FOW can be mounted on a Tri-cycle or pushcart for easy mobility. This is a very robust designed product for the harsh Indian environment and rough road conditions and users. This FOW also uses a eutectic lining that freezes when the unit compressor is running, normally at night, and then keeps cooling without power for about 16 hours during the day while maintaining the product temperature.  We also manufacture brine chillers with a storage tank of 700 litres and 2 compartments. This product is used to freeze a batch of candy or Kulfi ice-cream in 8 moulds within 20 minutes. So the Kulfi ice-cream is made in front of you and served fresh to be consumed immediately. We have the State of Art Manufacturing Facility, located in Kala Amb, in Himachal Pradesh, where we have a fully insulated environment test chamber to test refrigeration equipment under load for performance and reliability. This includes testing for airflow, current, voltage, pressure, temperature and humidity. We have a trained and experienced team of engineers and workmen to design, manufacture and service our Drinking Water Coolers and refrigeration products. Climatrol’s Quality Management System is ISO 9000, 14000 and OHSAS 18000 certified.
