TAKIV clinker is located in Bushehr Province, 14th km of Kangan- Assalouyeh Road, in region 2 (Tombak) of Pars Energy and Economic Special Zone in an area of 63 hectares. The factory place is about 50 m above sea level and the area climate warm and humid including summers with temperature over 40◦C and relative humidity of 80% and moderate winters with minimum 5◦C and relative humid of 60%. The maximum rainfall occurs during fall and early winter and the average rainfall is 69.4 mm per annum.
The factory is located adjacent Persian Gulf and the distance of the clinker reserve silos to the jetty is about 1 km. Such location has facilitated access to the target markets very much.
It is important that lime stone and Marl rich mines with high quality and in an area of 33km² owned by company is located near the factory.
